Just stating I haven't been on here since last August (2011). I got involved in completing a great amount of research and the days passed by so quickly. I wasn't on Facebook; really wasn't available to the world. Am back now, so perhaps will be more opinionated soon.
The next project is lobbying for a natatorium (indoor olympic size swimming pool) in Waxahachie. Ellis County needs one and Waxahachie is the largest city and also county seat, so that seems to be a great place for a swimming center.
The new library in Ferris opened and I took my youngest grandchild to the ribbon cutting. She spent a lot of time at the old cramped-space library and this was a wonderful new place to be. I'm so proud of everyone in Ferris, Texas, for pushing to get it built.
It seems that writing will be my major focus from now on and the research was related to that.
Today's my birthday and it is so nice to receive the happy birthday wishes.
